Shipping policy
At this time, Thread & Seek ships within the United States only.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is included with each order. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout for orders shipped within the United States.
Production Timeline
Thread & Seek pieces are made in small batches and are not typically ready to ship immediately.
Preset pieces ship in approximately 4 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Commissioned pieces may take longer depending on the details of the piece, customer input, and the amount of back and forth required before production begins. If you order a commissioned piece, we will communicate the expected timeline as part of the commission process.
Shipping Timeline
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Thread & Seek is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@threadandseek.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered production or shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@threadandseek.com. We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier when appropriate.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery address, mailbox, porch, nearby entrances, neighbors, and carrier delivery notes. We will do our best to help, but Thread & Seek is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier and then lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@threadandseek.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Shipping
Thread & Seek currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
